Exchange and returns

You have 15 days after receipt of your order to make an exchange or return.

Please note that the bag must not have been worn; the bag may be refused if it shows traces of use.

We invite you to contact us via email at info@twobmtl.com, with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Once your request has been processed, we will send you the procedure to follow. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.

Upon receipt of your return, we will process your refund within 15 days, followed by a confirmation email.
